    I've been on xbox since the original I've been with gold since the launch of the 360 in 2005 all the way through the new consoles 360 elite 360 starwars special edition xbox one xbox one s and now the xbox one x a total of 12 years. So how come my tenure
    only says 9 years I've never been without an xbox and never missed paying for gold since the 360 launch.

    For some reason, this tenure thing has been having problems. But I mean, who cares? When I first got on Live it did not even exist! I am saying this because I have noticed that this problem does not seemed to get fixed real quickly. Better just ignore
    it and play.

    Hey there! We have made some changes to Tenure recently, but we've also been seeing some folks with the wrong Tenure. We'll be happy to look into this for you and see exactly what's up. First thing to do will be to check the info here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../441105.aspx     If you still believe your tenure to be wrong, please let us know when you first noticed this change.

    Hi No1 CrazyHorse,

    Like you I've been an Xbox owner since the launch of the original. That said, the tenure is reflective of Xbox Live. So, if you didn't purchase the Xbox Live Kit for the Original, where you had to take a CD and actually install Xbox Live on the console,
    then you're tenure would only be reflective of how long you've been on Xbox Live with a Gamertag.
