Lost xbox one cloud saves

I started a new Minecraft world last night. I saved it last night and I got back on it this afternoon. It worked fine but now I wanted to get back on it tonight but the save just isn't there. I have hard reset my Xbox and done everything. There must be a
backup on the cloud servers somewhere because I have spent a lot of time and I would like to get it back.

cloud saving on XBOX ONE

i had to reinstall a game on xbox one and i lost my progress i looked online and it said that it automatically saves to the cloud or hard drive and then it syncs to the cloud. i have no idea how to access the cloud or anything. i called support and they said that hard drive saves are only for 360. how do i retrieve the data?

Hi there, I have an option for you that may work, firstly from your dashboard head over to settings, scroll down to system, click on storage and from here press clear local saved games. Only do this if you know your save has been previously saved to the
cloud. From there open up minecraft and click on the last date you know your save was on. Let me know if it works! Thanks, Kyle.

Hello, if you have not saved your Xbox 360 games in the cloud, when you move to Xbox one, you will have lost all your progress. The same happened to me. I lost all the games that I had saved since at that time they did not upload to the cloud, a greeting.

Hmm if the corrupt save is in the cloud and overwrote the local one then you've probably lost the save unfortunately.

Your saves are saved on the cloud so yes.Unless they get lost like they did on BF4 but thats on EA that one.

The simple answer is to sign out and resign in. That is typically the issue. Here's a link to cloud data. That said it could very well be a common server issue:

You missed the point entirely.

Xbox Life Cloud Save continued syncing with my local Xbox One hard drive every time I started the game. The complete safe was never lost, otherwise the sync would have restored it.

When part of my information disappeared, the sync still happened, but treated the new version -- with the missing data -- as official, and overwrite the other save (that was not missing anything) with the one that was.

Cloud save worked to back up my save, but could not recognize that my save had mysteriously lost some data.
