    Lost Xbox Live Gift Card


    I bought my son a 12 month Xbox Live subscription Gift Card from Dixons at Christmas and someone accidentally threw it out with the Christmas wrapping paper! I have the receipt which gives a 24 digit Card number, but Microsoft tell me the redemption code
    is 25 digits and they can't help me. Dixons won't do anything either. Someone must know what the 24 digit number is and I would think that would prove that the card has never been redeemed?

    Lost Xbox Live Gift Card

    The 24 digit code is probably an activation code used by the retailer's register system and would not be tied to the code on the card itself which is why it's not possible to use that to look up the Live code. Since you've already spoken to both the retailer
    and Microsoft, unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done.

    There is xbox live game pass gift cards same with xbox live gold gift cards. Currency gift cards can't really play for subscription payments.
