Lost Xbox games after soft resetting

I was experiencing a problem with one of my games, so to try and fix it I decided to soft reset my Xbox one. when I got back into my Xbox I found that I no longer owned most of the games that I bought online. the games were still showing in my games and apps, but they were missing from "all owned games". Is there any way to get these games back?

Sometimes games and content get delisted and/or removed, in such case games can be lost; if you have them backed up to another drive you should just be able to copy them back.

the order history only goes back a couple of months, whereas I bought most of these games years ago. I also tried to remove my account and add it back and nothing showed up in ready to install.

Please try to check your games in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the games are in the account, I suggest removing your account and add it back.

Then all of your games/DLC should show up in the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps".

just to be sure please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If you are still experiencing the same issue, be sure to check that you are using the account that was used to purchase the game and also be sure to run the Network test on the console to see if that shows any issues or not.
