Lost Xbox 360 game code that came with the console

Can someone help? I have a lost code for forza horizon 2 on xbox 360 and wonder if it can be replaced? If anyone knows please let me know. Or if anyone has an extra code.

Lost redemption code

About a year ago I bought my xbox one, and with the console came a copy of the Witcher 3, and a redemption code for the Witcher 2 to xbox 360. I haven't used the code for the Witcher 2 yet, and I've lost the physical pamplet with the code on it. I'd like
to retrieve the code if possible.

You could try contacting the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange, but codes cannot be replaced if they are lost. Asking for codes is not allowed on the forums.

Hi there,

the games most likely came with the console as redeemable codes on leaflets inside the package. These codes would have to be redeemed.

If the leaflets are lost then I'm afraid not much can be done.

the game came with a code for an Xbox and an Xbox 360 then a game disc for the Xbox 360

It should be seeing its xbox live and the code came with the xbox one game and only worked for the xbox one console. I should be able to get it for 360 also.

Sorry to hear you lost the codes. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done here. Xbox will not replace codes that came with a purchase of an item.
