Lost Xbox 360 Account

To start this off a couple gears back When i was younger my dad gave his old xbox account to me one day i got bad grades got locked out of the account by my dad so i got my friend to help me unlock it (i know that was dumb because in the end he ended up
forgetting the password and email) so when i got my friend to help me he reset everything made a new email and password for the account at everything was fine i got bored of the xbox and moved to pc gaming for a few years came back to xbox because i missed
hanging with my friends and come to realize i coudlnt sign in to xbox live now i could get into my account without entering the password but i cant get on xbox live which is a real problem because i need to get on xbox live to see the email my friend used
so i can get the account back but sadly enough my friend quit xbox because hes in college now and not in high school and i still cant accsess my account

if someone in the community can help me fix this that would be nice i have so many old games and memorys on the account

your xbox 360 profile is lost when you remove the account, to avoid this you need to link it to your microsoft account.

You could attempt an
account recovery with this page, but that depends on a number of factors. Other than that, you'd have to reach out to
Offical Support, but that's not a guarantee that you can get access to the account as well, particularly since your parent set up the account and since you don't "own" it, your
father does, they might not be able to give you access back. Alternatively, you might be able to ask your father to assist with recovering the account?

If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account.

If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.
