Lost X box live Membership and have 2 months left

I redownloaded my profile to play a 360 game on my xbox one and now it won't allow me to access with anything online with my xbox live Gold even though I have 2 months left on my membership. Is there anything I can do to get these two months back or solve
this glitch? Thanks.

Rock Band 2 X-Box live no work

When i go to get onto Rock Band 2 for X-Box live on my 360 it says, "In order to play on X-Box live you need to be signed into an X-Box live enabled gamer profile with X-Box live Multiplayer privileges enabled with X-Box Live"

I have a X-Box live membership and as far as i know the multiplayer is enabled. I have played Halo Reach and other games on X-Box live so i am confused as to why its not letting me play this on live.

Old School X-Box

I am trying to connect to x-box live using old school x-box, with a 2 month membership to x-box live. I know this is a lil outdated, but can still be fun.

The x-box is telling me that it cant connect, router for dsl is good, hooked up and connected to internet. I can view my IP address so that means that

It should work right? NO! not sure whats going on here????

Go to account.microsoft.com and look at the serives and subscriptions tab to be sure your sub is still active or if it was canceled. Then contact official billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if they can assist further in getting you back

I brought 3 months gold membership, and i understand microsoft were having problems but now they are fixed yet i still have not revived my x box live.

I still have x box live membership left till December and everthingvstill works you tube games ect but its just when I want to see when my membership ends it used to just come up with details I usually get a voucher to renew it at xmas
