    Hi, all. Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place but I'm tearing my hair out over this and all I want is an update.

    Over a month ago, my XBOX controller which I purchased from the Official Microsoft labs started to have analogue drift. I checked the warranty and it was still in place. After placing a warrantly replacement request, Microsoft sent me an email with my status number, serial number and said "Sure, send it back"

    So, I printed the label and sent it back (in it's original box too). Sent to "Microsoft Return Center". That was on the 30th Sept but arrived there 4th Oct:

    I have heard nothing since. About a week ago (11th Oct), I wanted to check for an update but there are no hyperlinks (except 'contact us') on my return e-mail.

    So, logging into my Microsoft accoutn and trying to add my device, every single time, I get "Try again later, we can't do it right now"

    So, I requested a call via the "contact us" link. And even that is useless. The Virtual Agent asks me a lot of questions before suggesting a call and when it does, surprise surprise, it's erroring out. I tried all formats of my phone number but it's just not liking it.

    The agent eventually gives up on itself.

    I then tried again on the 14th Oct and the exact same issue persists. And again today and still it keeps erroring out and I cannot add my device. I've enabled all cookies and tried other browsers too.

    I've checked my e-mails daily and junk e-mails daily and I haven't had a single update. Not even to say they've recieved it. And I'm panicking now that I may have got scammed?

    All I want to know is how do I check up on the status of my order? That's it. That first e-mail of the flowchart is a picture so it never updates (and it's not a link to anything either). I'll be happy after knowing what's actually going on that but it seems impossible to find out. Can anyone point me in the right direction to an actual human being that can help me, please?

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

    As already explained, this does not work. Because after following your steps, it then asks for my mobile number and then we're back to square one of it erroring out. I made sure the page is set to the right launguage and region too.

    All my other options are see my registered devices (and as already explained, I can't add that) or message a gamer in the community (what I'm doing right here).

    No other options. I'm hitting a brick wall here.

    We hope that you're doing well, and we apologize for the confusion.

    We have received an update from our internal support team and would like to share with you, our recommendations.

    1. They recommend going to this link: https://xboxdesignlab.xbox.com/sales/order/history and sign in with your Microsoft account (using the same email address and password that you used to place your order). Click on symbol of a person at the top right of the page and select My orders. If you don’t see your controller order, it was not completed. You’ll need to select your design and then submit your order."
    2. From here we will know the controller status.
    Please let us know after following the steps provided for us to continue sorting out the resolution of the issue.

    Hi.

    You're still linking me to solutions that's I've already stated in my initial post that do not work.

    1) I can't add a device because it errors out.

    2) The warranty issue is what this thread is about.

    3) No idea how terms is going to get me an update on my warranty status.

    Literally left in the dark here.
