    Lost visual output on my Xbox One


    Hi,

    For some reason my Xbox One has stopped providing any visual output. I can turn it on and the light is on on the front of the console but the screen remains blank. I have tested the HDMI cable on another console and that is working fine so it must be a problem
    with the Xbox itself.

    I have tried using Xbox customer support page but it's worse than useless. The web chat function will not work on any issue I select and when I phone the help line it always hangs up on me.

    Is this a known problem and can anyone give me advice on how I go about fixing the issue?

    Hi NaZoooom,

    Thanks for the response. I have followed the instructions about trying to reset the resolution at start that up and it has had zero effect. And now I come back to the phone line that automatically cuts me off every call and the complete lack of ability to
    talk to support via webchat "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

    How do I actually go about fixing this issue and getting my Xbox working again?

    XBOX ONE - Question about video output.

    The only way to view your Xbox One at 4K UHD: Is to connect Xbox One HDMI Output to an A/V Home Theatre Receiver capable of upscaling 1080p output via HDMI to 4K UHD for UHD television.

    Note: You will potentially see visual artefacts and/or image tearing by upscaling 1080p to 4K UHD.

    HDMI only working on one tv. Component works on all tvs.

    please try turning the system on using the controller while holding y and right trigger while the xbox is turning on this resets the visual output, and thus displaying on your other tvs

    its all about hz's and output of the TV - you usually get what you pay for while it may be 4k is it true 4k or upscaled ? As above check your xbox output settings but unless its S or X or above then it wont output at 4k which may impact your visuals - it
    simply could be as simple as it seems more pixelated in comparison to non-Xbox stuff i.e. Netflix streaming at 4k you would certainly notice the difference.
