Lost Vegas download code

I preordered and bought Rainbow Six Siege through the Xbox Store and got codes to download Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 as part of the backwards compatibility feature. I went on today to redeem those codes but
the message containing the code is no longer there . I was told by an Xbox Support staff to ask about it here so thanks in advance for the help! My game id is , email

Pre-order Redeem codes not working

I'm currently in Germany for a few years. My settings are still set for the U.S. I pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege and just got the codes today for Vegas and Vegas 2. It will not let me download them because of this. Will it be a few days before it will
let me download them or is it just a lost cause.

Lost Rainbow six Vegas Download code

This is my second post and the second time support have sent me here after not hearing anything the first time. I purchased Rainbow Six Siege and got a message from Xbox Live to down load Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & Vegas 2. I downloaded Vegas 1 fine but
did not download Vegas 2. but I have gone back to get the code for Vegas 2 from the message and the message is no longer there. So that means no message no code. After being in touch with Xbox support they give me a link to here saying you can help, But after
my first post I have not heard anything about what to or about my code. So is there away of getting the message or the code back or is it lost for good. hope you can help

Hi,

I preordered Rainbow 6 Siege from Xbox Marketplace. I was sent the same code for both Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. I was able to download Vegas one, but not Vegas 2. Please resend valid code for Vegas 2. I have reached out to Ubisoft who directed
me to Microsoft support who in turn directed me here. So please help me!
