    Missing skin on fortnite

    Hello oTrxuma!

    Regarding your skin missing within the game, have you had any refunds for a V-Bucks purchase on the game?

    An updated feature of receiving a refund for such purchases will also return items in which V-Bucks were used to get said skins.

    If this is not the case, then the Epic Games Support might be of more assistance.

    You will want to contact Epic games, as it's their system and servers, which your content is stored on. They should be able to help with your issue.

    They will be able to play any games you have downloaded but skins and V-bucks in fortnite can not be transfered from your account to theirs. So ensure if they want a skin or V-bucks, you buy it on their profiles.
