    Lost TV Lineup


    When I start up the TV (Microsoft USB TV device) I get the following message on my screen:

    We've lost your TV lineup

    Do you want to set it up again?

    After multiple reset tries and failures, I get the same message each time.

    Tried holding down the disk eject button and the lower right button at the same time before pushing the 'on' button. It didn't work.

    The TV feature worked fine yesterday. What did you guys do to my Xbox to cause this issue? Nothing changed on my end.

    Lost TV Lineup

    Started for me this morning.

    I have an xbox one x and and s. Tuners on both. On the X I started getting this issue this morning. On the S it still works.

    So far I've tried.

    Swapping tuners with the S

    Replacing coax cable from the antenna

    Tried all usb ports

    Cleared all data from oneguide and rescanned (finds all the channels just fine)

    Shut down completely and left unplugged for an hour.

    So, it's definitely something software related that must have gotten pushed out last night.

    I finally fixed it for me after about 2 hours of trying stuff.

    1. hard reset

    2.follwed by unplugjng the USB tuner 3.restarting the console

    4.plug tuner back in, it recognizes it

    5.reset everything up

    unplugging/restart the USB tuner prior to the hard reset didnt fix the issue even though it would recognize a new tuner and attempt t set it up.

    Thanks for the info.

    Tried resetting apps and OneGuide. Didn't work.

    Waiting to hear from MS. They probably know their update messed up things. I sent them a message just to remind them.

    I'll give it another day.
