Hello Maynard, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, basically there exists two ways to recover your account, via web form you have already filled in or by contacting Xbox support and requesting an A.T.O (Account Takeover), but in doing so they will ask you basically the same questions as the form and a few more and then will be sent to Microsoft for analysis.

I don’t have the answer but I am experiencing something similar, my account was hacked and the mobile number now saved is not mine and they have changed my email, I have a message to say the update request will be active from 23/01 but they have locked my account and I cannot sign in, I have submitted loads of forms but noone gets back to me. I can’t even do the online chat or request a call as it requires me to sign in

It's a personal account. I lost my cell phone in November of last year and opted not to buy a new one because I have a work cell phone with the job I have now. To save costs, I let my old number go. We'll my old cell phone had my authenticator and my Gmail account as well as my Microsoft account was tied to both. The account I don't have access to is *****@gmail.com which is what I have my Microsoft ultimate subscription tied to. My old cell number is 6********. My new Gmail account is ********@gmail.com and cell phone is 6********. My dob is ******. My name and address is ****** . I can provide my drivers license, credit card, gamertag, as well as Xbox serial number, screens hots, etc. I'm a it engineer that is a Microsoft partner.

i have the gamertag but no access to phone number that was tied to the account as the phone was lost/stolen at movie theater. Bank has been contacted to stop charges. New card with new number is being issued. the old card that was tied to the account for
the purchase of anything expired so I can't fill out the form because I dont know the expiration date and the year doesn't go back that far anymore...only to last year or 2018 at least.

Hello, please try checking this link for more information I received a "This phone number has already been taken" message (microsoft.com).

If the issue persists, you may want to try contacting the phone number provider company.
