Lost some of my game subscriptions

Hi,

So basically my account got hacked a few months back, the gamertag etc. was all transferred onto this new account. The problem I'm having is that not all the subscriptions for some of the games I bought on the online store have been transferred over. The
old account was deleted by whoever stole my account so I can't use the purchase history to prove I own the games. I do (presumably) have bank statements somewhere, and I have achievements for some of the games that are now not working so I clearly owned them
at some point? I filed a support request but that's been going for a few months now and I haven't heard anything so far? Is there anything else I can do? I would like to be able to play these games, but I don't physically own the disks so I can't do anything?

this is what I've got but don't know if anythin has been done :- This account engaged in unauthorized account modification or tampering. This activity may include the modification of an account's avatar, Xbox Live tenure, game data, Gamerscore, or other
account data through the use of unauthorized software, or providing this account to someone with such software. Temporary suspension impact: On Xbox 360, this account cannot sign in to Xbox Live for the duration of the suspension. On Xbox One and Xbox on Windows,
this account cannot play online multiplayer, use communications features, or make purchases for the duration of the suspension. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's
Xbox Live privileges. but my account is working properly now even tough ive never done anyof what this says can anyone help

It you have had a gamerscore correction it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com.

If it's not listed there it's possibly a glitch that will correct itself eventually.

Some of them were games with gold, which I'm not too fussed about as I didn't really play them. The other purchased games should have given me a confirmation email, but looking over the old email address I can't see any such email at all? Not sure why not,
it's possible the person who stole the account had access to my email as well (I changed the email, password as soon as I realised the xbox account had been stolen) so mabye he deleted them? i'm not sure how likely that is though? Is there any other reason
why the confirmation emails would have disappeared? I've had a look through some bank satements online and I do have record of some microsoft transactions but it doesn't say what I actually paid for
