    Why have my Sudoku scores been reset to 0 whilst Solitaire scores are OK

    Lost Gamer Score

    Just got off the phone with Xbox, was the second person in a row with the same problem. Sounds like the floodgates are open and someone is going to pay. 5 years and almost 40,000 gamerscore done the drain. Not impressed- Sorry wrong thread. New here

    Same thing here. Yesterday all was fine. Today everything is gone and I can't connect to Xbox, so my entire history is now gone.

    The basic problem seems to be (as identified in an even more recent post) that Sudoku cannot link with the Xbox server, even though Solitaire and other games running on the system have no problems and you can link to your Xbox profile from the same 'error
    tile' that is telling you that Sudoku can't!! Why does Microsoft keep breaking this game?!!

    If and when Microsoft get around to fixing this, your scores (which are presumably saved in the Xbox cloud, since they normally continue to track you when you playing the same game on multiple computers) should 'magically' reappear. What I don't know is
    whether statistics from playing when you were 'disconnected' will be correctly merged in if/when that happens.
