    Good Afternoon. I am an xbox player since 2001. Recently I bought an xbox one S along with the Forza 7. I've playing for a while and made quite a progress in the game. today the game did't load my account nor my savings (cars, card designs, vinyls, photos,
    etc.) and it made me start a new game. I've tried to recover it but it seems it was some problem with the cloud or the syncing. It was already a bummer finding out we needed to install the games and not playing them right away, but that was bearable until
    this problem with the game. Unless it is a way of recovering all my progress in the game or this sort of problems are permanently solved I will sell the console. I'm not willing to start the game all over again, or any other game for that matter, just to have
    the same problem in the future and lose all my progress in the games. I've lost the confidence in the console. I've always played xbox over playstation and always took a vow for it to all my friends and acquaintance. yet this has been a great disappoint so
    far. The console has a ton of functionalities (most of all are truly indifferent to me) yet I can't play my favorite game, one single game, in proper conditions...If there is a way to solve this issue I would like to know. If not I will sell my console and
    finish my long term affiliation with xbox.

    Hi, my profiles keep corrupting and go missing. I re-download the profile, but the saved game info is lost. So, when I go to load a game save (in this case Lego Marvel), it can't find any saved games. Does the progress in a game not save with the profile
    so then return after I download the live profile? TIA

    tried that it shows 325 mb of data but the only option it gives is to delete all of it

    You should have the option to save games on the consoles HDD, basically the cloud is just a back-up.

    Go to settings, then storage and look at what is saved on your HDD.

    If it has been deleted there is no way to recover it.

    Changing your name does not effect your saved games and all saved games and achievements should transfer over. I did hear if you used a save editor with that game it can delete all of your other saves otherwise I guess next time keep a backup on your U.S.B,
    P.S using save game editors in any game is against the rules or code of conduct so use at your own risk.

    Highlight the games under "games and apps" ....then press the menu button on the controller , go to "manage game" and it SHOULD be next to your profile....

    So I was playing a game of For Honor a few minutes ago until I got a message telling me an update needs to be downloaded for it, it was a 1.32GB download.. after it was finished I booted up the game to see that my entire game progress has been deleted
    because it shows me starting the game for the first time. I have restarted and signed out many times and nothing has worked, any help is appreciated.
    The exact same thing happened to me , does anyone know what's going on??
