    Lost saved games after update


    So, just so i got this right - Ive not played any games or powered on my console for like approx 2-3 months - so, today i go to play a few games and even though i play all my games offline i decided to connect online for something and before i could go forward
    i was prompted to do an update (approx. 3.4gigs) and thought oh well (even though i detest updates) i went for it - now, the updates are complete BUT my interface is NOT as it was lost my personalisation and the console when it powers up goes to a stupid page
    and one guide is messed up

    NOW even more outrageous, i lost all my saved missions on this one game i was playing and have to start that game all over - thanks a bunch microsoft/xbox - anyone else? or am i missing something? and why do i have to go online to access the profile update
    for the console - man i cant believe this

    Update Loop & Corrupted File Message

    yesterday after the update i lost all my saved data off of a 16 gb disk. that update is messing with a lot of people on these forums from what im seeing.

    I downloaded the update and my saved game is lost! Taking it in to Gamestop now.

    Halo 4 Lost Specializations AFTER Update and Download

    Yes I lost all my game saves

    But when I downloaded the updated I lost the specialization I got with the LE version of the game

    And it seem that there was no way to get them back after trying every solution on the web and 343 was not offering any support after they release a buggy update

    So it was a choice of losing my game saves or hopefully getting back what I paid for

    I believe they updated the game and after that everybody lost there save data best way is to go to the game forums/support maybe they can help you further
