Lost Saved Data

I was in the middle of playing Assassin's Creed Origins on my Xbox One S this afternoon when my power was shut off by electricians, unbeknownst to me. I moved my Xbox to a room with power to continue playing, but when I got it started back up it seemed to
have lost all of my save data. When I press play it only comes up with three "New Game" options instead of the "Continue Game" option that normally appears. In my "Manage Game" tab of the game it says I have 118.6 KB of data saved, do you think this means
that my game got wiped during the power cut? Or does anyone know how I can restore my game save progress? I checked other games and this is the only game that was affected.

Hi all,

I was playing Assassins creed origins one night and everything was perfectly fine, then the next day I turned it on and all my saved data was gone. Has this happened to anyone else or is there a solution to it?

So I've had Sonic Generations for a year now and I stopped playing it for about a month and when I get back on I had completely lost all saved data and if u don't believe me I have achievement proof and I don't feel like playing story again,getting all songs
back having to do the challenges again and etc it all started when it said that cloud storage could not hold saved games but my other games r saved someone please help

 

Have the exact same problem, my gf accidentally pulled the plug of the xbox, and now everything is gone. My achievements are still saved... Also have all the data for the other games left.

 

Same for me, I was playing, I came across a bug and a close the game. When i relaunch it only comes up with three "New Game" options. There's no way to bring back uor saves?

 

I was on with a Microsoft support member and they told me everything would work out because it is saved to my hard drive but backed up online. After an hour of deliberation they told me that my game file had become corrupted when I lost power and the backed
up version online wouldn't be able to override the local corruption so basically I was just screwed.
