    Lost saved data from cloud


    Hi, I keep losing hours of game play after getting a message saying that there is a problem with my saved files and I need to go to settings and delete my local saved game files, after following the steps, restarting the game and letting it sync from the
    cloud, only to find that saved files are missing, leaving me with hours of lost gaming time.

    I can not ignore the message as it will not let me save at all in game, so
    I have to delete     local saved files and re-sync.

    This isn't the first time the same thing has happened, so I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get the lost data back or is it gone for good, if so, how can I stop this from happening again?

    Any help would be most appreciated.

    Launching problem

    Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

    Hi, you could also try and delete your saved data of the game. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open it again

    Lost offline Save data

    Hello Daniel,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with the missing saved data, if you were not online when you were playing the game and you no longer have any saved data that data is now lost. In order to prevent Saved data from being lost
    you will have to sync it with the Cloud game saves by going online every once and a while.

    It is unfortunate but you will not be able to recover the saved data unless it was previously synced with the cloud. For more info on

    Hello Ronnie P! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Sorry to hear you have lost Lego saved game data. I know Lego games can be problematic as I have lost or had corrupted data.

    Is there any data saved to the cloud? Unfortunately, if there is nothing on the console or in the cloud and nothing saved on a USB, there is no other way to get it back.

    got my save backed up in cloud but never lost any data yet, but i did read if u lose ur data b4 u load up the cloud data go to ur xbox memory and delete ur gears 3 data from the harddrive then load up cloud cos if u load the cloud data right away theres
    a chance that could become corrupted aswell

    Hi there!

    Were you able to save the world at any point before the power went out or is it on an auto save feature? There is a way to recover data that may be lost or corrupted from the Xbox Live cloud storage but that requires the world to have been saved before and
    the game properly quit in order for the saved data to back up to the cloud storage as long as you are connected to Xbox Live.

    Go to your Settings>System>Storage>Clear local saved games to restart your Xbox and re-sync your data from the cloud.
