    Hi, i just finished updating witcher 3 yesterday but when i started the game, after syncing the data when i got to main menu there was no sign of my saved game & i could only start a new game . i had 50% game progress . i tried hard reset & ... . any suggestions
    ???

    Hi troNima

    You may need to let the cloud re-sync again if it re-syncs and it isn't there then the game save is deleted and cannot be recovered. Try this

    Hi, is there any way i can recover my saved data ? i did everything i was suggested & i'm 100% sure i didn't delete them from cloud . i tried clearing the local storage & i even reset the console . any suggestions ? or maybe they'll come back with the next
    console update ?

    Hi troNima,

    Did you start a new game and save after this happened? I would suggest deleting your local saves, and trying to restore your game from the cloud. If you did a sync with no game data, then it may be gone.

    To delete your local save:

    1. On Home, pull the right trigger , and then press A to open My games and apps.
    2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.
    3. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
    4. You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
      • Delete from console

    Hi troNima,

    Did you start a new game and save after this happened? I would suggest deleting your local saves, and trying to restore your game from the cloud. If you did a sync with no game data, then it may be gone.

    What a coincidence, mine did it at the same part. Very last fight in the dlc, then blam! Now I’m back to level 23… I was level 50 in the homestretch with all Witcher diagrams.. I’m so pissed off, 2 weeks of playing gone! AWESOME

    I have Xbox Series X consoles with an active GPU, active since September. The console is always online. While playing W3 Next Gen, a message was displayed about the lack of save slots. I saved the game manually and restarted the console. After restarting and synchronizing with the cloud (announcement - synchronization in progress, etc...), I launched The Witcher 3 Complete Edition and after entering the saved games, a great shock. After syncing, the latest game save is from 12/28/2022. And last played on 01/16/2023. The character level I had was 35. After synchronization, the last save is with a level 21 character. Is there any way to recover?

    I have the same problem except I'm over 40 hours behind where I was, was deep into blood and wine and now the save I have hasn't even found ciri yet.. loaded it up and was gutted, uninstall the game with no intentions of running it again until I seen I wasn't the only person with this issue.. I synced and then pressed continue and I am on a save that must of been at least a month ago.. surely the cloud hasn't not updated in a month?
