Please check cloud saves. Make sure that cloud saves are enabled for your account. To do this please go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Settings and make sure cloud synchronization is turned on.

And then uninstall and then reinstall your game in order for the corrupted files will be deleted. And reinstalling the game can help reset the save data and sync it correctly with the cloud.

Good afternoon. Sorry for the situation. The games are saved in the cloud and not lost the save data. Dwonload the game again.

I just had my game save lost in the cloud.

Unfortunately unless you had them backed up somewhere else, there is no way to recover the saves.

Is this a joke?
