    I can confirm that the method Lupercanus uses works for me. had no issues since and I am happily playing through me game almost stress free since the thought of losing my progress still haunts me

    I can confirm the method mentioned by lupercanus does not work for me. My game will not save beyond the point I loaded it from on Sunday morning and nothing I have tried will change that.

    Game broken, microsoft are shameful releasing the game in this condition.

    Same here. I called MS for that reason and they told me it seems to be a programming issue, to contact the game developer at Moon Studios. I emailed them days ago to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** , no reply

    I made the mistake of continuing the game even though I had decided to wait for the patch to be rolled out. And here we go again: ended up losing Forlorn Ruins now for the second time. Not sure if I have the patience to do it one more time even when the
    patch comes out. Good game, but this critical bug kills the joy...

    Has anyone from Moon Games responded to this issue? Went to play last night only to find I've lost well over 12 hours of progress to this bug. While everyone is saying replaying the game is just as fun, it's a huge time commitment when I was already so close
    to finishing! @Moon Games, when do you anticipate the patch and is it going to resolve this issue?!

    Lost ~4 hours of gameplay today. This is insanely frustrating, and the bug is so simple and evident, as if we're dealing with some pre-alpha version of the game. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it until the bug is solved. A complete deal-breaker!

    Lost Save Data

    I've lost *several* hours of gameplay *several* times--I thought it might have been a connectivity issue, but clearly not. The last time--and I do mean THE LAST TIME--it happened and I lost a good 3/4 of the game... even though I saved at the spirit well
    hard save points and quit the game completely from the dashboard. This is abjectly crappy. Where is the patch?!

    I got a response from them... The patch is currently waiting certification from MSFT and will be out soon (meaning: weeks). Not sure why the cert process takes that long, but at least we know the patch is coming...

    Patch for the PC version is out apparently, but still no sign on the Xbox patch. Hopefully soon.

    Same for me, I was playing, I came across a bug and a close the game. When i relaunch it only comes up with three "New Game" options. There's no way to bring back uor saves?
    I was on with a Microsoft support member and they told me everything would work out because it is saved to my hard drive but backed up online. After an hour of deliberation they told me that my game file had become corrupted when I lost power and the backed
    up version online wouldn't be able to override the local corruption so basically I was just screwed.

    Have the exact same problem, my gf accidentally pulled the plug of the xbox, and now everything is gone. My achievements are still saved... Also have all the data for the other games left.
