    bingo game stuck and wouldn't go to game end board.lost my rewards and gard tickets

    lost card tickets and rewards because your game stuck at match over and wouldn't continue to rewards board when prompted. I lost my card tickets and all rewards for the match.

    The only promotion running from October 1-December 31 is the games on demand punchcard. In order to qualify, you had to preorder 3 games during that time period. If Need for Speed Payback is the only game you preordered, it would not have been enough to
    complete the offer and receive the credits.

    Hi HORIZONCRAZY6. Smwutches is correct. Also, we see that you joined the program in December, so your purchase would not have qualified since you had to be a member at the time of purchase.

    The "v for victory" monthly reward wont trigger after earning 3 achievements on Forza 5, Star Wars squadrons and gang beasts.

    That reward set has now closed so that is 500 reward points that I and many other gamers have lost out on. This has happened many times before so I don’t really think the reward support group are that bothered.

    I think that Microsoft will never add Rewards for Russia. We have lost Xbox Game Pass, we have lost Xbox Live Gold... Microsoft has come out from Russia.
