Lost reward points

Hey i took advantage of the punch rewards for preordering 3 games. I got the money rewarded to me before the third game came out and just as quick the money was refunded. Yet my point balance hasnt changed so its like I lost it all. Can you look and see
what happened. All 3 of the games i preordered are out now. I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

We do not see any Credits events for your account since your registration in September. Therefore you do not have any pending points on your account.

i had around 2,000 xbox live reward points and no less and now that it is microsoft rewards i only have 300 something what happened to my points, i know i didnt use them because i never do i was trying to let it build up.

We can confirm seeing a deposit from your account, which you can view from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You should have received a deposit into your commerce account at (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
listed as a refund with a negative amount as usable currency. Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your account we no longer have any control over them, and you would have to contact Xbox billing support for assistance at (support.xbox.com/contact-us)
if you have not already used your Microsoft Account as your payment method, and you still do not see these funds in your Microsoft Account on the commerce page.

Reward Points expire roughly a year later, I lost 450 MS points a couple of months ago.

Hi UK ELITE GHOST. We've checked your account and you have been receiving MyVIP payback Credits for your eligible purchases. You currently have the last 6 months' payback Credits pending in your account and prior payback Credits have been awarded and deposited
to your Microsoft account. They are labeled as MyVIP Star Level Credits on your MyStatement on your MyRewards page. You can view them
