    Hey can anyone help me i got my nephew an Xbox 1 Halo Master Chief

    Collection and his mom threw away the Redeem Code for the game. Is there any way i can get a new one can some one help me.

    Just to clarify, did you originally redeem the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection while signed in with your Rekrap555 account? It may be possible that a different profile was signed in when you redeemed your code.

    Why can't I get a refund on a game I or the receiver can't play?

    Yes once redeemed you can't refund a prepaid code once you redeem it this is regardless of physical or digital

    Fyi master chief collection titles are play anywhere which means you must.have the system specs for them
