    Ok so like 15 days ago i was almost at my first VIP star and my bar was literally almost there and underneath the bar it told me i was only 66$ away from leveling up to my first star, but i went on it today before purchasing the Dark souls 3 season pass
    DLC to see if there was rewards for buying it so i would get them, but there wasn't anything avaible so i check my rewards section and there was supposed to be 3 dollars worth of points on there and also my VIP bar lost tons of rank for no reason and also
    doesn't display the 66$ anymore. I take pride in playing my games and earning stuff for doing so as you can see by my profile so i would like for this to be checked and then checked again because i spent tons of money for that rank and to have it stripped
    away for nothing at all, and i don't know if this was intentional or was a bug but please fix this as this is important to me. Thanks

    Have not looked at my rewards page in awhile but how do you lose star rank? My statements show me as rank 2 and have for a good time, yet all of a sudden i am now rank 1. And not just a high rank 1, I have been sent back to the very beginning like i just
    started my rewards program yesterday. Please help.

    Still doesn't make sense. Not only do we not get rewards but also lose out on any pre order benefits. Not to mention that recently not much actually qualifies in increasing your VIP rank.

    by 1%.

    Since we have not yet transitioned to Microsoft Rewards, there is no reflection of your MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards.

    Gears 5 Sound Bug

    Gears 5 has several bugs currently. Also the ranking issue in matchmaking and the hit boxes being off.

    The award system is also extremely grindy and not rewarding. I recommend finding a different game for now.

    Idk how long it will be until any of it is fixed.
