    Lost puzzles


    My puzzles I bought with my gold bars will not download. I've tried for three days now. And some that I had already bought has disappeared also.I need help with this.

    Lost puzzle collections paid for with gold bars

    Lost three puzzle collections, a puzzle from one of the lost collections shows as most recent played, Any way to review the collections download for the game?

    Puzzles lost????

    Hey I don't know if you've gotten them back yet but this happened to my mom and I was able to fix it for her by exiting the game, doing ctrl alt delete, click Task Manager. Look under Apps and click Microsoft Jigsaw then go to the bottom and click End Task.
    When we opened it back up all of them were back

    ok I'm an idiot and that was the 1st puzzle (which the answers were right behind). now I'm on the 2nd puzzle and I'm just as lost as I said I was prior to getting here. HELP
