    Lost puzzles


    I lost over 40 puzzles that I'd purchased and contacted Microsoft support and a tech took over my PC for 8 hours and could not fix the problem so he re-loaded 8.1 which also took a long time and now I have only 2 puzzles out of approximately 48 land he told
    me if it persists call back. It won;t allow me to log in or create a new account. Shubharkan Chaula didn't know what he was doing and now all my start up settings, screen saver etc. are gone also. Will call back tomorrow and request a refund for all the
    puzzles I purchased that my grandchildren like doing. My Pc has also slowed down since he messed with it. Damn!

    Lost puzzle collections paid for with gold bars

    Lost three puzzle collections, a puzzle from one of the lost collections shows as most recent played, Any way to review the collections download for the game?

    Puzzles lost????

    Hey I don't know if you've gotten them back yet but this happened to my mom and I was able to fix it for her by exiting the game, doing ctrl alt delete, click Task Manager. Look under Apps and click Microsoft Jigsaw then go to the bottom and click End Task.
    When we opened it back up all of them were back

    ok I'm an idiot and that was the 1st puzzle (which the answers were right behind). now I'm on the 2nd puzzle and I'm just as lost as I said I was prior to getting here. HELP
