Lost puzzle collections

I logged in just now and found that the packs I had bought, winterwonderland, weather, wolves, otters and little animals i think were all have vanished and are telling me I need to buy them again. I've been signed in with my xbox account since I started
playing for the achievements. Is there any way they can be restored without losing anything else like my daily progress that is up to 12,550 coins or my 5700 gold, I'm not happy as had been going well on them and I'm paying the premium for a year on this
product.

Lost three puzzle collections, a puzzle from one of the lost collections shows as most recent played, Any way to review the collections download for the game?

 

Missing puzzles and gold - yet again!

Like other recent posts, yet again, I have lost my paid for collections and also the gold that I had accumulated.

Has anyone had a response from Microsoft Jigsaw on how to reinstate lost puzzle collections and gold?

 

Please completely close the app by pulling it down to the bottom of the screen until it flips. Then restart the game. If this does not resolve the issue, please select Restart on your device (not Shut down) and try to start the game after rebooting.

You realise that was a completly different person that it worked for. My issue has never been fixed but have been told its something that is being worked on
