    Lost my 930,000+ gold bars and all my puzzle collection

    I've lost my entire puzzle collection and 930,000+ gold bars that I worked very hard to achieve. Please investigate to find out why and how these puzzles were lost and what happened to all of my gold bars. LMK what your

    Well, I did get my collections and gold bars back; however, I still get kicked out after completing a puzzle and do not get get the gold bars awarded for completion. Please find a fix for this problem.

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...

    Jigsaw crashes at completion of puzzle

    The exact same thing is happening to me and it does not give you the gold bars on the completion of the puzzles. It takes them off when you download the set so you lose those bars every time you download a new set of puzzles. I've just been replaying the
    old ones as I have a large collection and it gives you half as many gold bars on completion but it would be nice to play some new ones for a change. I have no faith in microsoft fixing anything as we have had nothing but trouble with anything they do.
