Lost purchases from Minecraft Market

I just bought coins from the market and saw that instead of 3200 coins, I had 7600, I thought it was a bug, so I bought a texturepack to see if it would fix, but it didn´t, and after taking a look on my inventory in the market, I realized that other textures
that I had bought a month ago disappeared, all my purchases are gone, and it seems I have to purchase them again, it is so frustrating.

I´ve tried re logging into my Microsoft account to see if it gets fixed (as the mojang support page suggests) but it doesn´t work, also I have made sure that the Microsoft account is the correct one, I´ve even tried to log in throgh minecraft in my Android
device and they still don´t appear (the issue started from a W10 version of minecraft)

I hope you can help me, I don´t want to lose my items permanently, or worse, have to spend all that money again

My kids also experienced the same thing today where they made a purchase through the xbox, Minecraft marketplace using Minecoins that I purchased for them the other day. Not only did the new pruchase not appear (and look like it was still available
for purchase despite a reduction in Minecoins) all of the previous purchases are missing from the account as well. With everything else going on in the world Minecraft was a bit of my saving grace so that my kids could get through the day! Please Microsoft
get this fixed ASAP!

I understand your frustrations! I have seen this issue come up a lot lately on the forums. I would assume its being worked on right now. I would not advise to try and repurchase anything. The only thing you can do is wait and be patient until the issue is
resolved.

Keep in mind from your feedback and other forum posts I have seen numerous attemps on a resolution with no luck. Which leads me to believe its a Minecraft/Xbox sided issue. That we have no control over.

Here is your usual self diagnosis. Hold down the power button until system turns off. Turn back on and check.

No, not really. Just go to the market place for minecraft. Instead of "Purchase" it will say "Download again". Once purchased, you can download it as many times as you wish.

I just come back here to share my (bad) experience on this. The support was not able to solve my issue. It seems that DRM have been mysteriously lost from my account at time "Scott Pilgrim The Game" has been withdrawn from the market place.

I got also same issue whith the chinese democracy Addon for Rockband2, all GNR songs I have previously purchased are no longer available and are not listed in my purchase history (some others packs are still referenced, like a metallica pack for instance).

So it appears that if a game (or addon) is delisted from the market place, you lost the related drms... quite disapointing. I will no longer buy material on xbox live market place.
