    I bought minecraft: dungeons-Windows 10. After a month, the shopping mall showed that I didn't have the game. The game can run normally, but it can't be downloaded from other computers. After unloading, I can't download it. What's the problem? Try to be

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     sign in there and search through there for the period in question to find the purchase date for Bioshock.

    Once you have the specific date of purchase for Bioshock itself, have a talk with a Billing Agent using Option 1 after finding your country's support line at

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
