please double check if you unlinked the epic account, if you have done so you'll need to relink it again.

I'm afraid that both, making your account a child account and transferring the points (I assume the gamer score) are not possible.

There is one thing that as far as I know that can be done though which is related to Fortnite. Fortnite uses a separate account to store it's progress and skins etc, this account used for that is the Epic account. This account can be unlinked and linked
to another Xbox Live Account.

I'm afraid it's not possible to change a Adult account to a Child account, it's also not possible to move achievements and progress from one Xbox Live account to another Xbox Live account.

There are a few exceptions like Fortnite, where it should be possible to link the Epic account (the account that holds Fortnite progress) to another Xbox Live Account.
