Lost progress & KI no longer loads...

I've lost all progress in KI and now the game no longer loads when I try to boot up the game. The game will go to the title splash screen for a few seconds, then a black screen, and then goes back to the dashboard.

Tried re-downloading from the Store, but the same issue happens once re-downloaded.

Anyone else having the same issue? Is there a fix?

Suspend and resume does not work.

Let me describe what happens:

I start up Forza, go to a single player race.

Half way through a race i switch over to IE, then Netflix, youtube, upload, xbox video, Machinima.

I then go back to Forza, expecting to resume the race where i left off, but instead i''m greeted with the Forza loading screen. Game progress lost.

This happen all the time, across all the games i own. (DR3, Fifa, KI,Ryse)

My understanding was that as long as i don't load another game my progress is suspended.

However it seems that games will close when loading apps.

Its very frustrating to lose hours of progress in DR3.

Have i misunderstood how this machine functions?

A response from support would be much appreciated.

LOST ALL MY PROGRESS AFTER UPDATE

Lost ALL my progress after updating my system..I reconnected to live after having had my lead in my ps3 for some dcuo & so obviously, it updated..but I found I had lost my entire progress in Halo reach..no way Im doing it all again! I wonder why It was?

 

I have exactly the same issue that Killer Instinct doesn't start anymore.

This has happened since either the new Xbox One Update or the Killer Instinct Update (or because of both?).

 

my game loads, but when I signed in today, all of my stats were reset. I wonder if this is a result of the patch?

 

Kinda the same here, but mine froze after a match...had to uninstall then redownload. Made it to 20th fight in survival and it never gave me the trophy for "beating 10 fighters in survival" kinda stinks...want my achievement :/

 

Yup, lost all my progress today when i booted it up

 

I can't get the lame to launch at all - just gonna uninstall and reinstall see if that makes a difference!

 

Someone tried recovering their gamertag on another console, then coming back to sign in. Let me know if this works.

 

Make sure not to play after you lost your progress. If you get a fight title they say you over written your save data and your are ***. Either don't play till the TU on the 9th or create another account and use that to play.

Well, I couldn't help myself...I wanted to play anyway. Looks like allllllllllll of that insane amount of time it took for me to unlock stuff was for naught. I really appreciate the great job they did with this game, but these bugs are game-breaking and
infuriating. I hope to hear something about a fix soon.
