    Dear Xbox Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with Forza Horizon 5 on Steam.

    Recently, I had to clean my PC, and after signing back in on my Xbox account on Forza Horizon 5, I realized that all my progress had been reset. I lost all my cars, money, and other achievements, and I cannot understand why this happened.

    I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue, but to no avail. I am hoping that you can help me recover my progress and get back to where I was before the reset.

    Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me to investigate this issue. I would be more than happy to provide it.

    If you're playing on Steam, your progress is saved in the Steam cloud and you need to talk to them

    Oh, usually when you lost the saved progress this means sadly is deleted everywhere, so even if you download on PC you're going to start from scratch :(

    Did you try instead downloading forza horizon 5 directly on the Xbox app (without opening Microsoft store)

    So, the sign in issue is inside Xbox app, right?
