    My son was playing his xbox 360 yesterday and we left for a few hours and came home and all profiles and most of the saved games were gone. I was able to load his xbox live account to it, but then had to redownload the updates to his PVZ Garden Warfare
    game. Is it all completely lost?

    Hey Maga, that's quite odd that the profile didn't make it over. Have you tried downloading your profile with your your WLID and password?

    You can always redonwnload the profiles you had in your xbox console as for the games saves once deleted you can't recuperate them.

    No. The saves would be attached to his original profile.
