    Lost profile


    I recently got an email from Microsoft saying that my Xbox Live subscription had expired. I bought more, now I cannot sign into my profile. Some suggested that I deleted it and reinstalled it. Did that and now when I try to add it back again it says that
    the email address that I am using is already in use..........I have rebooted, unplugged, done everything......help.

    Hey Maga, that's quite odd that the profile didn't make it over. Have you tried downloading your profile with your your WLID and password?

    You can always redonwnload the profiles you had in your xbox console as for the games saves once deleted you can't recuperate them.
