    Lost profile.


    Our disabled sons xbox crashed today and lost all the setting,I managed to do a reset keeping everything,but we cannot find his profile as it was setup by someone no longer with us.

    He has spent about 2 year on the games and he is devastated that everything has gone.

    Is there anyway to recover his profile, unfortunately we do not know his e.mail or passwords associated with his Account..

    No. The saves would be attached to his original profile.

    You can always redonwnload the profiles you had in your xbox console as for the games saves once deleted you can't recuperate them.
