Lost Profile content / Gamerscore / Digital downloads

Hello Enforcement Team, i had recently opened up a quick chat with Joana Q about my issues that i have been putting off, awhile back i had redownloaded my xbox profile onto a new 360 console after having been away for 2-3 years and when i had redownloaded
i had 0 gamerscore and nothing under my digital content, before i had taken my break i am positive i had accrued around 45,000 gamerscore and purchased various items off the market place. i had played quite a bit around 2005-2010 until i had to quit for
awhile, recently about 2 years ago i had redownloaded my profile onto a new console and it was completely blank, i talked to joana q for about 10 minutes on this situation before she recommended me too you guys here, so hopeully someone will be able to help
me out, you can have my permission to read any or all of the live chat i had with joana Q

GamerTag is ( have had roughly 3 GT changes since i re-downloaded ) and the email should have been the same since i very first signed onto online up untill now as i have not changed my email address after the re-download of my profile

I'm afraid all savegames will be lost, unless save games were copied to a different drive or were stored in the cloud storage.

One small comfort you can redownload your profile and all purchases you made

Download the profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Download history:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history

 

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried to re-earn one of the achievements that you remember having before? If so and it doesn't pop for you then perhaps you've had a GS reset by the enforcement team. You can check for enforcement actions at this link:

just launched gears of war 1 and got the initial tutorial achievment which i am sure that i had, me and my brother played through the campaign long ago, and restarted my xbox afterwards with nothing different except the new achievment i unlocked in gears
1 and the enforcement website says that i have a perfect recod

 

i am also positive that i had purchased digital content before the beak, couple arcade games and a couple avatar items which were completely missing, when i re-downloaded my profile it was like my account was brand new with nothing on it except my old avatar
body / gamertag and avatar body

 

ok, this is getting ridiculous, i have done everything i was asked on here and nothing worked, nobody recommended me to anybody and nobody even gave a response after they asked me to try two things, i talked to support online in live chat and they had sent
me here and said someone could fix my problem. It has been two weeks without even a single reply and nobody is even bothering to help, i am kind of cheesed that my account was completely erased from my xbox 360 that broke, ( i payed over 1000$ on the consoles
alone since they broke so much) so i quit for 3 years and all my purchased items and games / gamerscore were gone, if micrososft can't help me at all i might aswell just quit paying now and buy a desktop or a sony, this is really ridiculous support team,
please get you stuff together, for a kid that used to be sponsored by microsoft...this is making me shake my head... hope someone even replies to this or i am just going to wait for my one to die and go buy a sony or start desktop gaming again
