Lost Preview Program privileges/app?

Hey all, I'm having a little bit of an issue.

I have been part of the preview program since around 2011. I would receive the dashboard updates, and would often have messages from XBOX Live coming in to me about the preview program a few times a month. However, I have noticed I have lost the application
that I once had, and can not seem to find it.

A few months ago, I had this problem: Tiles are gone, and instead of titles, they say MS-DESC - Xbox One Message Board for Xbox One - GameFAQs . All my apps, instead of the name, said MS-DESC. It seemed to me the only
thing to do was to do a factory reset, and so I did. But ever since then, I have no recollection of having the app, and I have lost the messages from Live too. I don't see the app in the "Ready To Install" section of "My Games and Apps" either.

What can I do? Am I SOL?

Preview Program.

I was part of the preview program from conception way back when. I no longer have access to any of these privileges. I'm unsure why this happened.

Just to clarify, you are definitely part of the Xbox One preview program? You mentioned being part of it since 2011, which would be the Xbox 360 program. These are two different programs.

Did you definitely have the preview app before you restored your system?

 

Yes, I definitely had the preview program. I don't think the 360 had an app for it, but maybe it did. I remember I got a few dashboards early on my Xbox One, like the one where the tiles were transparent.

From the looks of it, you should now have access to the preview program support forums. Post over there and you can hopefully get it sorted.
