Your premium status carries over to all machines that you log in with the same MS account. If it your desktop shows that you haven't paid, try uninstalling Solitaire on that computer, then open an Admin-level command prompt, type
wsreset and hit <Enter>. That will reset the Windows Store, and when you download Solitaire Collection again it should work properly AND show that you've paid for Premium

Hey thanks for this, just a modification I had to restart my computer after uninstalling then running the wsreset command. This did solve the problem though Thanks.

Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.
Then, open the Xbox app and sign out from your account as well.

Step 2.
Restart your PC and sign in with your account on both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app. Then, verify if you're able to reinstall the game through the Microsoft Store.

However, if the Microsoft Store doesn't allow you to reinstall the game, please check if you can do it through the Xbox app instead.

If you have changed your computer and trying to access Microsoft Solitaire on your new computer, then you just need to login to the Microsoft Store using the Microsoft Account, which you used to purchase the Premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire and then install the game.

Alternatively, if you visit https://account.microsoft.com/ and click on Payments & Billing > Then, select Order history, you should be able to find the purchase of Premium if you made. From there, if you click the item, it should take you to the Microsoft Store listing where you should be able to download the game again.
