    OMG !!!! I turned on my xbox and seen a message from xbox ....snd was like hmmm whats this .....i tried to scroll down to see if there is more to the message and accidentally deleted the code before i had a chance to write it down....is there away anyone
    can resend that message with that pre-order code

    I recently purchased Final Fantasy Xv Pre-Order Bonus Pack. I was sent codes for the download content via my xbox one. I clicked on the message and accidently delete it. Is there any way to recover my lost codes. Please help.

    Promo Item(s): Final Fantasy XV PRE ORDER Bonus pack code is not received at all.

    Pre-order punchcard question.

    I am about to pre-order Final Fantasy XV but still have not received any answer for this. If I do, will the system think that I have 3 games pre-ordered? And what would happen next? Will I get charged back once it is obvious that in reality I only had 2
    games pre-ordered? If that would be the case I will refrain from pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV. Could you please help me?

    I'm having the same issue, I Pre-ordered Watch Dogs 2, Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 have "you Pre-ordered" underneath them but Final Fantasy doesn't even though I have downloaded it to my console already. My decision to Pre-order
    Final Fantasy was influenced by this offer so I really want my points. ;)

    Since your purchase was made on the release date for Final Fantasy, it did not award a punch. Since your purchase was close to the release date, we will manually award a punch, but please note that only pre-orders are eligible for this offer. Currently,
    the webpage is only set up to display your purchases of standard editions of games, which is why your Dead Rising purchase awarded a punch but is not marked as pre-ordered. Your purchase of Final Fantasy is not marked as pre-ordered for similar reasons.

    Lost Odyssey is very similar to Final Fantasy. It was developed by many of the same people. If you ask me, Lost Odyssey is closer to past Final Fantasy titles than what Final Fantasy has actually become.
