Lost pre loaded games from factory setting

I put the pre-loaded stuff back on. I've tried all the USB ports on the console. The pre-loaded stuff was just from the factory.

I'll see if I can format it on the computer. It's just strange that it recognized it at first, but not now. I don't want to spend another 80 quid for another one.

I think what you are suggesting is just letting everyone pre-load the game. This would possibly increase the cost for developers or microsoft for the bandwidth to allow everyone to pre-load.

How would you verify that someone pre-purchased the game from a retailer to stop everyone from pre-loading? Not that I am against it, just one of the questions that came to mind.

Try reinstalling the game. Sometimes during download data gets lost or disturbed. Anothe option is factory set your system
