    When I sent my Xbox one to get fixed, I put the power supply in there as well. And when it came back, There was no power supply with the package. And the letter that came with it said there was a complimentary xbox live card with 1 month of gold and that
    was not there either.

    Power Supply Question

    I have two Xbox 360 Slims. One came with a power supply that is Revision 03. The other power supply is Revision B.

    Are these power supply units interchangeable? Can I use the Revision 03 power supply with the Xbox that came with a Revision B power supply and vice versa?

    red light on power supply

    my xbox 360slim went dead all of a sudden when the power supply brick had a red light disconnected it from the xbox and tested it while not plugged into xbox and amber light came on . when i plugged it into the console still no power and red light
    came on . Is this a problem with console or the power supply ?

    You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. When you send a console in for repair, they do tell you only to send the console, nothing else, as there is no guarantee they will come back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the

    Power supply not working consistently. Xbox charges way too much to replace something that should be under warranty.

    Oh... btw.... let me point out that I said the power supply is failing not dead yet. I can still use the console if I unplug the power supply and "reset" it. So at least if Xbox could send me one, I could use the dying one until it came in. Then send
    the dying one to them when the replacement comes in. That way I am not losing out playing my game, or my month of gold membership, or the chance to download the free gold games while I am waiting for it to arrive.
