LOST POINTS IN GAMERTAG

I own XBOX ONE and XBOX 360, obviously same gamertag. I play both, last week on 15/02/2014 I played on 360 GTA5 and The Wolf Among Us, and I unlocked some objectives, due to this I reached 4870 points. On saturday I turned on my XBOX ONE to update
the operative system and to redeem a code for FORZA MOTORSPORT 5, but now my points are 4670! I should have 200 points more, how could it happen?
Can you help me please? I already had a long chat with your customer service, they told me to write to XBOX LIVE REWARDS forum, but again they told me to ask to you, so till now I have not an answer yet!

Gamertag

I lost 62,000 points in the gamertag, now I have 154,000 but yesterday it was 216,000. What should I do?

No the games great, ive given up with the xbox since microshaft lost my gamertag and gamer score in there system on friday night.

 

When you go back to the Xbox 360 does it show 4870 or 4670?

If it shows 4670 does it show you have achievements in GTAV and Wolf Among Us?

Hi all. I always play online.

I still couldn't check again on my XBXO 360 becouse the console in the house in the mountains, far 300 kilometres from the city where I live and where I have my XBOX ONE.

Anyway, in my smartphone I got the official apps (smartglass) for both systems (360 and ONE) and there is always shown 4670, and I also can see the last achievements for GTA5 and The Wolf Among Us.

Damn, I know it's strange, but it's true.

Can you help me in some way?
