    Lost points in both Jigsaw and Jackpot


    Yesterday I had 430,000 or so points on Jigsaw and today I am showing over negative 50,000.

    A few months ago I lost over 1,000,000 points in Jackpot.

    What happens, and how do I get my points back.

    Been on with support for over half hour, they sent me to you.

    Microsoft Jackpot Game

    I lost my access to the Microsoft jackpot game on 8 Jul with + or - 300,000 points. I want the access and my points restored to me. You do not have The Jackpot Game listed on the forum.

    Games working today!!!

    Thank you! Games are working today...looks like the only game that suffered damage is Jigsaw. I lost all my downloaded puzzles and will have to recreate puzzles from photos. Tile pictures on Mahjong changed but can be relearned. Coin balance in Jackpot has
    been restored.

    I'm having the same problem!! Are you getting error code 0x80004005? I'm also getting that error code when I try to log in to Microsoft Jigsaw AND Microsoft Jackpot.

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    I get this error code when starting up jigsaw and mahjong on windows 10.

    On the laptop with windows 8 they still work.

    The other microsoft games like minesweep en solitaire and jackpot all work fine under 10 and 8.

    Suggestion: When Jigsaw starts have a sign that say ... "DON'T ASK FOR HELP - THERE IS NON"
