lost points and games

Not impressed!!! Just won another game, no points. Now lost one. But surprise surprise have now lost points in my rating. How can this be?

I'm trying to get MS to implement safeguards which would make account theft a pointless exercise. If not remove your card details. Only put it back on temporarily to purchase something or any points that you need for that immediate use, then remove card
details again.

no password regardless of how tricky is 100% safe. We are told we are responsible for the only form of protection on the accounts and as that is unsafe then the account is unsafe. I've taken responsibility and removed my details and offered a solution so
MS can keep our details but if no safeguards come from them then we have to safeguard ourselves by securing our own details.

I dont know what it exactly is, but Microsoft is already aware of this issue and I hope it'll be solved soon.

Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

Yeah I figured there was nothing I could do as far as that but I did find out that I can purchase a card with points on it and add it myself. But thanks for the info and i will let him know to make sure he post in the private forum about the issue.
