    Every time I log into Games for Windows Live, while trying to play Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition on PC, it's saying that I have exceeded the usage allowed by your product key. I emailed Capcom and got no reply and I've spoken to Microsoft
    support, but they said there's nothing they could do to fix it. I assume my key just needs resetting if possible, but who is responsible for doing this, Capcom or Microsoft?. I've reinstalled Windows 7 on numerous occasions for various reasons, which is probably
    why I have ran out of activations. Surely they can't expect me to buy the game again?
