Lost Planet 2 Backwards Compatible control

Hello forums,

While replaying Lost Planet 2 after years of forgetting its existence, I discovered through wiki reading that a special weapon can be activated by pressing both start and select at the same time. This is an issue since pressing those buttons causes the xbox
360 menu to open while playing on the xbox one. Is there some way to get around this? I cant find a way to rebind the controls in either lp2 or in the xbox settings

Hi Rolando,

Please refer to my response I provided earlier. I stated that button mapping would not be an option in this case and this is simply a conflict with design.

Changing the Menu+View button for bringing up the 360 guide is not possible because that is the designated command to bring up the Xbox 360 guide on an Xbox One console.

It would be up to Capcom to design and implement an alternative to this command for their game on the Xbox One platform. Xbox or Microsoft cannot make these changes since they did not develop this game.
