Lost Planet 2 and controlls

anyway, I made a mistake by closing the question so no one can answer to it, I couldn't solve it, if you want to know what is about it, I'll be direct

since lost planet 2 was backward compatibility there was a problem, in the game you have to use the combination "start" and "back" usually, but as you know this opens the xbox 360 guide, so yeah, is a problem for the devoloper, so I get in contact with Capcom
support, the guy who replied me told me than he was going to pass this issue to the right departmen, this was two months ago, no reply

so, to end, I need you guys so you can help me to contact to capcom support, I already tried again like 3 weeks ago directly saying where I have the issue (console layouts), what is it (issue), and being the most descriptive as possible; still no reply,
or if you have a solution to this problem I will aprecciate your help but, as long as I know, the only solution is than the devolopers make a patch to solve it, otherwise, I will not be able to use the combo on the game...

hmmmm no, I already submit a question as "problem", not suggestion or feedback

, but didn't saw that, I also tried to public a new post on their forums of capcom unity

but their sign up system is locking me every time I try to create an account, Idk why, maybe if you can create an account, you can post this issue and have hope than the capcom admin who still regulates that website sees that

I really appreciate your help guys, it kinda weird than they didn't see that coming, not even me before they made it retrocompatible, but I understand, you dont use that combination too many times on the game, however it's important

I'm afraid that no one here can help. As you've already contacted the developer it's in their court now. Please remember that changes to games can take quite a while. Especially a major change to the control scheme that you are talking about.
